One of Denver’s newest suburbs, the city of Lone Tree, Colorado was incorporated in 1995 and is home to 4,873 residents. This family-friendly city is located south of the Denver Technological Center and next to the Meridian and Interness Business Park, just west of I-25 in Douglas County. With an average age of close to 37, the population of Lone Tree is young and well-educated with more than 64 percent of residents over age 25 having at least a bachelor’s degree.
