Hello, I’m John Dunn, CCIM, RPA and I am the broker/owner of Dunn and Company, LLC and I would like to personally welcome you to our web site and tell you a little about myself and my associates.

I have been in the real estate business since 1982. I’ve bought, sold and managed a wide range of properties, from single family homes, duplexes, apartments, medical and office building to mobile home parks.

graduated from West Virginia State College with a degree in real estate. I hold the “Real Property Administrator” (RPA) designation from the Building Owners Managers Institute. Also, I hold the “Certified Commercial Investment Member” (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute. I am a licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR) and the Denver Board of REALTORs®. I am a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) and serve on the local chapter’s board of directors. I am a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute and have served as a graduate assistant to several instructors. I am also active in the community and have served for several years on the Board of Directors of the Denver Tech Center Kiwanis Club.

I’m married to my beautiful wife Debra and we have two sons, Monte and Jake.

Peter Musser is a broker with Dunn and Company. Pete works with a lot of investors and first time home buyers. He is originally from Minnesota but got to Colorado as soon as he could. Pete graduated from Colorado Christian University and in 2006 returned from two years in Panama where he had the privilege of serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer with his wife Allison. Pete has experience as a property manager, real estate broker and investor. He is passionate about real estate and looks forward to helping you meet your personal real estate needs and goals.
